We found Leo because he was listing another house in our neighborhood. My husband and I found Leo to be knowledgeable on Morrison Ranch Estates area. Our communication with him was exceptional. He answered our calls and texts quickly. He and his team took care of all the details with the sale of our house and made us feel like we were his only client. Our one and only open house was a breeze. Leo helped to make our home as welcoming as possible. We received multiple offers and he advised us on the best one to accept yet made it totally our decision. He was there for every inspection and walked with the buyers so we never had to worry about our home being an unoccupied during the multiple inspections. He even loved our 2 labradors. Our house closed escrow today because of Leo's stellar job of pricing, marketing and exposing our home of 18 years, exactly as he promised. Issues always seem to arise during this emotional process, but Leo's experience helped keep all running smooth and the house closed on time.
