I do not think I could describe how great Mat was to me but I'll try. I am in the Army and found out that I was moving to the area, I spent many of hours looking for places to live before deciding to get help. I asked asked in local area social groups for a realitor. I was told Ms. Simmons was a great one. I contacted her and her email seemed very disinterested with me since I was looking for a place under 200k. She told me that someone would get ahold of me and never did. As I continued to look for houses Mat's picture was always there so I messaged him. After sending him a message he called me within 24hrs. He asked questions and showed a genuine interest in what I was looking for. Since I was still stationed in Fort Campbell, Ky, he would Sykpe or video tape house showings that I showed interest in. At one point I lost hope in finding a house in my budget with the things I was asking for (garage and a lawn) and was about to settle for a house out of my price range and no garage. Mat sat there and told me that what I was asking for was not impossible and that we could keep looking. All the horrible stories I heard of realtors about how they just sell you a house and they don't care was relieved at that moment. We continued to look and he was able to find the perfect house. You would think that he would stop there. Nope not Mat! Since I was away my parents came down to check out the house for me. He also took them around the city. They were extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I can not express enough how greatful I am to have met and work with Mat. There is definitely many other things that he did for me. Thank you Mat! I would definitely recommend him and he will be my choice if I ever sell or buy here again.
