I have had the pleasure to work with Elizabeth on 2 transactions this past year. I was selling 2 investment properties in Staten Island, and Elizabeth represented me on both transactions. She did an outstanding job representing me as a seller's agents in all aspects of the sale process. over the past 20 years, I have dealt with numerous realtors, and I would honestly rank Elizabeth as the best I have ever dealt with. I was so impressed by her expertise, work ethic and personal integrity that I offered her a job to work for me personally at my own company.The reasons why I was so impressed by her are: 1) she has a sense of urgency and very responsive. She is pretty much on 24 hours a day, 2) she does what she says, if she tells you she will sell or buy for you, she will do so in a manner that exceeds your expectations. 3) she is level headed, not much drama is involved in dealing with her, which signifies her in depth experience, confidence, and maturity, 4) she is very smart and strategic in her advice. Every time we encountered issues throughout the process, she would solve them without any problems or burdening her client, also very creatively. 5) she is resourceful, she has access to a network of professionals that can fix things / address issues with properties if they come up. 6) she is masterful in dealing with all stakeholders in the process, agents, attorneys, banks, mortgage companies, title companies, government agencies....etc. I can go on and on about how great my experience with her has been. In summary, I would highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs. She is truly the best.

We loved working with Elizabeth! Elizabeth helped my parents sell their home in record time, following all state/city guidelines regarding COVID, and ensuring all had PPE. Our neighbors were so impressed with her attention to detail, during these uncertain times, that they asked us for her number for help with some of their own properties. We can't say enough good things about Elizabeth. She stayed involved in the process through the very end, even when she no longer had to, to ensure all was going well and to answer any questions we had. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and very considerate. She made us feel comfortable and guided us through the entire process.
