Macy was very responsive when working with us to purchase our new home. She was very good at asking pointed questions which helped her to understand what was important to us. She knows the Tillamook area and its residents very well. Whenever we needed a contractor, inspector or loan agent she knew exactly who to call and already had their contact information. Macy was instrumental in negotiating the price, included appliances and credits for our new house, her skill with creating a sales contract was impressive. She was also very quick to respond, often taking care of issues within a day or less. She knew all of the local areas as well as the types of land uses that are prevalent for each area. She is very sweet but also very professional. I absolutely recommend that anyone in the market to buy or sell a house near the Tillamook coast contact her, you wont be disappointed.
