We were living in New York when we decided to buy a home in Las Vegas. Since we are originally from Europe, the process of buying a home in the United States was new to us. Our home search began on Zillow. We looked up some properties, did some research, then made appointments to meet with various real estate agents from different companies. When we met Adrianne from the Rob Jensen Company, we knew immediately that she was the person we wanted to work with. She was very educated and knowledgable about the area that we were looking into. She really understood what we wantedaEUR"sometimes better than we did. She did her research and saved us a lot of time looking into the right properties. Anytime we had a question, she knew the right answer. She was also very hands-on and responsive. Even when we couldnt get her on the phone, she would call back within ten minutes.Once we found the house we wanted, it came down to negotiation. While negotiating the repairs, we ran into a few frustrating obstacles. Adrianne and Rob remained helpful and patient. It was nice having experts there to advise us through the whole process so we didnt have to worry about anything. The whole time, we felt very comfortable and confident that we were making the right decisions.Overall, we never had the feeling that the company was trying to rush us into anything. Sometimes we spent all day looking at properties with Adrianne, but we never felt pressured to buy. It's obvious that the Rob Jensen Company doesnt try to make quick deals. They try to make the right deals. Were glad that we were able to take our time and that we had a a strong partner supporting us, helping us, and navigating us through the process of buying our first home.Were finally living in our dream home, and we are enjoying it every day. We have so much space now, and the kids love playing in the big backyard and swimming in the pool. When friends and family come to visit, they are always impressed. We are very happy with the purchase, and we would feel comfortable recommending the Rob Jensen Company to our friends and family because they really know what theyre doing.

Rob Jensen listed our home in Red Rock Country Club and we had two acceptable offers on it within eight days. He and his team knew what they were doing every step of the way. When Rob made the presentation to us, he had already determined that our house was in a very unique position: being single story, an ideal house size for a couple, and on the golf course with a great view and that there were no other houses in this category available at that time. This allowed a good asking price and a quick sale. The other three agents we interviewed had not realized that. The sale price was within $9000 of the asking price. He knew we had a unique opportunity and how to price the home. This is the first time we had been exposed to a team approach rather than a single agent listing our home. This allowed experts and dedicated persons to be involved in every aspect of the process. First, a stager made recommendations that we were able to follow up. Then a photographer took amazing pictures that made us relook at our home. The stager also had good recommendations for repair persons for the minor repairs that were required when the inspection was completed. One person was responsible for coordinating the open houses. Even the open house was unique with his company offering a Starbucks gift card for signing the viewing sheet. After the contract was signed, one person was responsible for all the paperwork and followed it every step of the way with nothing left hanging. Finally, when it came to closing time, all costs were straightforward and there were no surprises or extra charges like agency fees. My past experiences have been that once an agent signed you to a contract, they did very little but sat back and hoped another agent would bring a buyer. Rob Jensen clearly invested money and personnel and earned the real estate fee that he received. We recommend his agency as a hard working and trustworthy group.

My family and I owned a large home in The Willows, and we decided it was time to downsize and sell the home. After doing some research, I had three Realtors come to the house for an interview. We unanimously decided that Rob Jensen was the right choice to sell our home.One thing that surprised me about Rob and his company was the amount of investment he was willing to put into marketing and getting exposure for our home. The work put in by Rob and the team spoke volumes about their investment in getting us the best possible price on our home sale.The fear is always that your house is not going to sell or that you're not going to get the price that you want out of it, but Rob and his team put us at ease. We knew they would do their best to get us the best price possible. We had full confidence that Rob could do that, and he certainly did achieve that for us. Once we had a buyer and a solid deal, the search for a new home started. There was no question for me whether I would continue to work with Rob and his team. Karen, one of the Realtors on Robs team, took the time to listen to me about what my needs were for the new home, and she was able to really narrow the list down to certain houses that would meet my needs. When I brought the boys by to check out one of the houses the second time that I looked at it, they fell in love with it. It has such a unique floor plan, and we all have our own space. I knew this house was the right fit for me and my boys. We purchased it, and we couldn't be happier. Even though I purchased a brand new home, Rob strongly suggested getting a home inspection. I questioned this at first. I thought, "It's a brand new house, there won't be any issues." But I'm so thankful for his suggestion and that I spent the money on a home inspection because there were some issues found that I probably would not have found until years later, and we were able to address those.The thing I enjoyed most about working with Rob and his team was their willingness to put up with all my questions. I could always get one of the team members on the phone when I had questions about the sale, the paperwork, and the purchase of this new home. Karen was always readily available. The video production team was also amazing. Overall, I just loved the genuine concern and investment from Rob and his teamaEUR"in me as a person and in selling my home.
