My husband and I recently bought a townhome in Alexandria with help from Blake and Leah, and we couldnt have had a more wonderful experience. I could go on and on about how easy it was to work with Blake and Leah (their responsiveness, patience, consistency, etc.) but it really all comes down to trust. In a housing market like NOVAs, being a homebuyer is scary because you have to act fast and take risks. My husband and I were even more scared since we were first-time homebuyers and knew very little about the process or market. With Blake and Leah, we felt like we were armed with as much information as possible at every single step. Every time we thought about putting in an offer, Blake was transparent about what we would need to do to to have a solid chance, including the risks and worst-case scenarios. Given his extensive experience, he was also able to give us invaluable insight into whether a house might appraise, whether there would be risks with waiving inspection, etc. Buying a house in this market was a stressful experience, and choosing Blake and Leah as our agents was by far the best decision we could have made.
