Matt was the absolute best!! We got in contact with him over a year and a half ago when we thought we were ready to buy our first home. However, the market changed around that same time and so did our priorities. Despite our decision to pause our search, Matt was always available to explain the current market outlook to us and help us however he could. He was extremely patient and always available. Once we were ready, so was Matt. Wed text him at 6:30am asking to tour a place and hed immediately have us booked for a showing for that afternoon. He guided us through the entire home buying process and always made us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions. He really gained our trust, which made a huge difference as first time home buyers navigating this process for the first time. All the special touches along the way from The Davenport Group were exceptional as well, from treating us to a meal after our offer was accepted, moving boxes, and the gifts at closing - I couldnt recommend working with this group, and especially Matt, more. This has been a great experience and I am so thankful to have crossed paths with Matt so many months ago.

I never thought I would buy a house during an international pandemic, but I'm so glad I did under the guidance of Alexis!
