As a first-time home-buyer looking for a realtor, I followed a friend's advice and called Joe. I could not be more pleased! From the very first meeting, he was sure to explain each step of the process and the many nuances which hit us along the way. With invariable good cheer he, and Rosemary, his excellent assistant, welcomed my questions and went out of their way to find answers and direct me on a solid path. As we toured condos throughout the various DC neighborhoods, Joe was mindful of my budget and supportive of my decisions, even if that meant we walked right in and right back out of a condominium. After I found the right condo for me, Joe was sure to help me create an aggressive bid package to give me the best opportunity possible to buy the condo I loved. Even after the closing, Joe and Rosemary were reaching out to make sure I had movers and knew the process to register my car as a new DC resident. They helped me take a stressful and sometimes overwhelming process and make it into a series of manageable goals. A five star rating for Joe is a no-brainer. I will definitely be calling him if I ever choose to leave my new condo (which won't be soon because it's amazing!)

We werereferred to Joe Himali by a friend who was a very satisfieds client .We live in New York .He helped us sell a condo in Washington D.c. We never met in person. He and his staff handled the entire transaction for us through e-mail, and phone calls The process included hiring a contractor to paint and repair what needed to be done and a staging company to show the condo to its full advantage. He did all of that, maintaining ongoing communication with us on an almost daily basis. The condo was on the market for one week , when we received an offer that we accepted.It was a pleasure to work with Joe Himali, clearly a knowledgeable professional.
