I'm a first-time home/condo buyer, and Joe Himali appears to be the model of what anyone would want in a realtor. He truly listens to what his clients are looking for, and then provides expert advice on whether a particular home would fit ones short- and long-term needs. He pointed out things that I would not have considered when assessing a condo property (e.g., the chances that urban development might later obstruct my view). In addition, because Joe and his assistant Rosemary are so thoroughly plugged-in to the Washington real estate market, they can expertly guide a home-buyer through the administrative, financial, and legal issues that must be navigated in moving from searching for prospective properties to closing on a home purchase (e.g., Joe managed to have the home inspection completed less than 48 hours after the seller had accepted my offer!).
