Select Joe Himali as your real estate agent in order to maximize your outcomes. Joe Himali has been my real estate agent in over five buying and selling transactions. Our bids have one each time. In all cases, he has leveraged his knowledge and experience to maximize my financial outcomes. Much of this is the time he spends to help inform you of the various options and outcomes thereby including you in the decision-making process. Moreover, he has dealt with complex transactions involving condo and co-op boards. He also maintains a network of associates in the contracting and finance field that will help enhance your offer position (whether sending an offer or receiving offers). Lastly, I have been able to engage with Joe years before listing in order to strategize home improvements. Joe is in a league of his own within this business. I have worked with multiple agents as both buyer and seller, all of whom were excellent. However, my experience with Joe and his team made clear that some brokers go above and beyond at every step. Thanks to Joe, mine was the winning bid on a property that received more than 20 offers. I am certain that Joe's work leading up to the deal and his navigation of the lighting-quick decisions required of us in the final, heated moments are the reason we own the property today. The current market (low-inventory, too many qualified buyers) presents unprecedented challenges to buyers. Joe anticipated and solved for every single one of them. Joe came to me highly recommended by multiple people who had worked with him, so my expectations were high. He exceeded them.In our first call, Joe explained to me exactly how one needs to conceptualize and structure offers in a competitive market. I'd interviewed multiple agents to represent me locally, and within 5 minutes he made suggestions that no one had ever mentioned.
