As a first time home buyer, I am very fortunate to have Manavi as my realtor. Along with a great attitude, Manavi was able to answer every single question I had in great detail. If you are looking for a realtor that will be there for you 24/7... she is the one. Manavi really cares about her clients and made herself available at all times. In addition to caring about her clients, she will fight for you to get a fair price for what you are buying. She is a true master of her craft, and handles any situation in a calm collective manner. With one of the most aggressive markets out there, Manavi did a phenomenal job at keeping me updated when a new property popped up on the market or was coming on the market. As we all know, time is of the essence when purchasing real-estate in Northern Virginia. Manavi was able to accommodate that better than anyone out there. While writing this review I am beginning to realize that words cannot do justice on how awesome Manavi is. I will definitely refer her to anyone buying or selling a property.

I was introduced to Manavi and her husband Scott, the wonderful team known as the Boeser Group, through a virtual Zoom event aEURoeRent v. Buy Happy HouraEUR? in early May of 2020, during the height of the Corona Virus pandemic in Arlington, VA. I did not feel ready to buy just yet and I actually had a wonderful real estate agent already in mind for when I did want to buy who had helped me to find a great deal on a rental in Arlington, VA. Yet something about Manavi and Scott made me instinctively want to work with them. They were extremely knowledgeable about the market and explained the process really well, which was important to me as I was going to be a first-time home owner. They were very patient with all my questions during that event, as well as after the event, and answered each of them. They seemed really warm and social as well, and they had a loan officer present during the Zoom presentation who was absolutely fantastic to work with. The presentation soothed my initial fears about buying, and I decided to look for a home with Manavi and Scott. I was envisioning getting a 2 bedroom condo for my mother and I to ensure her safety, as she was in an assisted living facility in NYC, hard-hit by the pandemic. Manavi and Scott walked me through the process every step of the way, giving me as much time as needed to explain things, never leaving a question unanswered, and always dispelling any doubts I had. They created a great search for me and responded quickly to my requests to see apartments. During the viewings all the way to closing they were very safe, following all the CDC guidelines. While searching with Scott, he would point out certain features of a place with consideration for how it would affect my mother; this thoughtfulness really comforted me and I knew I was in very good hands. When I found a place, which was quicker than I ever imagined, Manavi and Scott moved at lightening speed to make an offer, and they came up with a stellar contract that ensured a smooth sale but one that protected me in the event that something should go wrong. During the negotiations process, Manavi never missed an opportunity to add something favorable to me and my mother in the contract. I felt that I could trust her and Scott to look out for my best interests, which was so important for me as someone who had never owned a home before. At the end of the process, I was able to land my first choice on a condo at a fantastic price and with instant equity. I feel so lucky to have worked with professionals who are at the top of their game and I also feel I can return to them as a resource for information on future market value and contractor recommendations. I highly recommend this amazing team.
