Working with Heather over the last few months was a great experience. She was very helpful and made the process of buying a home for the first time easier. She answered all of our questions and responded to us quickly. We never felt pressured, and Heather always supported us to find the right house for us. Once we found a house we loved, Heather was quick to provide us with recommendations regarding putting together the best offer possible. Thanks to Heather, we had our very first offer accepted. She advocated for us in areas I would not even have thought of (home warranty, inspections etc.). Heather also supported us in closing on our house during a very difficult time. She was still responsive and incredibly supportive, even when the process for many things was having to change to keep everyone safe. Overall, working with Heather was a wonderful experience .

We had always been very skeptical and intimidated with home buying process based on experiences that people around us had. Year long search, offers getting defeated, tough seller to deal with and what not. As a result, we had been delaying this long due effort. Thanks to my colleague, i got in touch with Manavi. Initially, I interviewed several local realtors when I was preparing to sell my condo in the Arlington Courthouse area. Manavi was referred to me by a very happy client who lived in my building. I could tell immediately that Manavi had the knowledge and skills needed to guide me through the selling process. At that point, we still needed a few months to decide if we were going to look into purchasing with her as well and I really appreciated that she gave us the space we needed while we were making this decision. When I reached out to her a few months later and explained that we'd like to look at houses in the area prior to selling my condo, she energetically dove into that task. It was no easy task as my husband and I had to look at MANY MANY houses before we really understood what price point we'd be most comfortable with but Manavi was patient and was able to understand and grasp what we were looking for. In this crazy market, she was able to find us the perfect place and also navigate us through some difficult situations with the buyer with ease. We are extremely happy with our new home and will be grateful to Manavi for sticking with us through a substantial indecision period and helping us find the perfect place for us. After we moved, she told me exactly what to do to prepare my condo for sale. Her and her photographer made my condo look absolutely stunning and we had an amazing offer (and many more to come) 36 hours after the unit hit the market. I would also like to mention her husband Scott, who also assisted her in this sale -- the two of them hosted an unbelievably successful open house and I was quite impressed with the team overall. Manavi remains calm and cool throughout difficult situations and is a true professional. At the same time, you just want to become friends with her! My husband and I had an excellent experience with Manavi (and Scott) and without a doubt will refer our friends and family who are in the market.

I worked with Scott for nearly a year on what must have been his most unique situation to date - and I couldn't imagine having a better realtor partner to navigate alongside us. From the start, Scott was our biggest advocate. We fell in love with a house that had some complications with the title, which took our buying process from 'the usual' to 7 months. During that time, Scott traveled two paths with us - pursuing our initial offer as well as showing us alternative properties. He was responsive and knowledgeable and answered the million questions that we had. He was also a great advisor and sounding board while we considered all our options. He never pressured us to make a decision, and was transparent/honest about the pros and cons of each property. I always felt like I could call or text him for his opinion (and when I say I felt like it, I mean I actually did it a lot) at any time.
