We contacted Mike after seeing a listing on Zillow for a home in NH. Because we live in FL, he toured the home, provide us with an assessment of things that needed to be done to it, and encouraged us to fly to NH to see it. Within 2 weeks of our initial contact with Mike we made an offer (based on his recommended price) and after within 24 hours had an accepted contract. We ran into a minor issue with the lender when the property did not appraise at the sales price. Mike worked on our behalf with the seller and their agent so that we were able to close the deal 6 weeks after our initial contact with him. Mike was totally professional, responsive and very help with thing such as helping us identify local contractors since he did not have any local contacts. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a knowledgeable and helpful real estate professional.
