I purchased a home in 2007 with Kristin as my realtoraEUR|she walked me through the process like the Pro that she is! She is thorough, organized, professional and on top of all that, she REALLY knows her stuff! She prompted me to ask questions that, as a first time home buyer, I would have no clue to have asked. She helped to organize all aspects of the deal, which went smoothly and quickly. Thanks Kristin! If you're looking for a realtor, this woman is your gal!UPDATE:Kristin sold my rental property (duplex) for me. Since I had moved out of the area, I had been wanting to sell it for a while but had a few projects to complete. I spent a couple months working on the duplex and Kristin continually looked at the comparable properties that had sold. By the time I had the property ready to sell, she recommended we raise the price from the original price she recommended. We got an offer within a few weeks and I ended up with a few thousand dollars more than I originally expected. The buyers requested a new roof after their inspection. Kristin recommended we get a local roofer to look at it and the roofer said it had at least 3 years life left. I was able to get a roof certification, saving me thousands of dollars instead of replacing a roof that still had some life left in it. I ended up with $15,000 more than I would have if I would have sold on my own because she was able to guide me on what to do! I will always recommend Kristin Cheatley to anyone looking to buy or sell!
