James was recommended to us by two family members who had sold and purchased a few houses with him with a glowing review. While we were very excited to work with him, we were nervous if we would have the same results, as our house was not quite as jaw-dropping as the ones he had helped our family sell. He came into our first meeting SO well prepared with all of our questions already answered, worksheets and reference points in a folder for us to refer back to after our conversation. We walked through the house as he gave his recommendations and wrote it all out and even helped us come up with ideas on how to execute the projects. He stayed in contact and became such a valuable resource throughout the whole process, by the time we listed, we had no worries or questions, only confidence. After listing the house, he took care of everything. It was seriously one of the easiest things I've ever done! He and his team scheduled everything from start to finish and confirmed everything with me, ensuring I had nothing to stress over or worry about. Showings were so simple and he kept us informed with feedback and updates. He had a spreadsheet that went over all the important aspects of the offers we received which was SO helpful for someone who is not used to reading these types of contracts and not knowing what to look for. The only issues we ran into were that the buyer's realty team was not as incredible as ours! Everything, from start to finish, was so much easier and smoother than I could have ever thought selling a home could be. I am so grateful for James and the work he put into us selling our home so we could start our new chapter in our new area.
