If I could give Jeremy 10 stars I would, from start to finish Jeremy provided white glove service and made us feel like we were his only clients. Jeremy sold our home the first night it hit the market for over asking price. Jeremy and his firm have a strong, tried and true marketing strategy that is sure to sell your home in a quick and profitable manner. When it comes to communication, it s easily one of Jeremy s strongest skills, in addition to his work ethic. Always quick to respond to all questions and inquires, and made sure to keep us in the loop as soon as he had new information throughout the entire process which any seller can appreciate. Thanks to Jeremy s local market knowledge and strong relationships with new construction home builders we were able to purchase our dream home in a very desirable neighborhood! I've been steady looking for a home for the past 2 years and have dealt with at least 7 other realtors and was, to say the least, appalled at how I was treated! I work nights and my schedule is not the easiest to work around. I met Keifer when I scheduled my own showing of a home he was helping someone sell. I was so impressed at how knowledgeable he was of the area and how easy he was too talk to that I decided to give it another shot and ask him to help me find a home. I couldn't be happier that I did. This handsome young man went above and beyond to help me and showed me quite a few houses that were actually what I was looking for and in my price range. He was so respectful of my sleep schedule and did everything possible to make his schedule accommodate mine. The ambition and drive that he has shown is truly impressive. I don't think it's possible to have had a better experience! I close on my home this week and the process was as smooth as silk!!
