Chris did an outstanding job helping us with a home purchase in the Bay Area. We were relocating to the area from Houston because of my work and only had one week to house hunt and possibly put an offer on a home. Chris made a list of available houses meeting our strict needs/desires and chauffeured us around that week. Homes come and go on the market here very quickly and Chris was great about reaching out to listing agents to get additional details of home listings and finding new listings when others came off the market. He clearly knows the market, knows the expectations of home buyers and sellers, and readily gave meaningful advice that helped in our search. Chris even took video of home walk-throughs and later posted them online so I could review them later if needed. That helped tremendously! It only took a couple of days for us to find a home and put in an offer, but Chris willingness to do whatever it took to find us a home was obvious. After our offer was accepted Chris was very forthcoming with information during the underwriting and closing process. There were no surprises when it came to Chris. My only hassles were dealing with my own finance company! However, he helped us work through it. Id highly recommend Chris to any of my friends or coworkers moving in/to the area.
