My wife and I worked with Chad to buy our first home. We were looking at entry level homes in the south bay and needed all the help we could get. Chad was very helpful will all aspects of the home buying process. We originally were looking for a "fixer-upper" and Chad was very helpful with determining how much renovation we would be comfortable with. He comes from a construction background and was able to give us a pretty good idea on what it would take to fix up different houses. He definitely saved us from getting into something that was over our head. He also took the time to call in favors from his contractor and roofing friends that were able to give us quotes and inspections before we even put in an offer. All in all Chad went out of his way on multiple occasions to make sure my wife and I got the house we really wanted. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Real Estate advice.
