Great real estate agent! Dan was very easy to work with. He spent a lot of time with us discussing what we were looking for (ideally), aspects on which we were willing to compromise, and helped manage our expectations. Throughout the entire process, he was honest - probably the most important trait of all. Our experience with him was great - he was willing to get out any time we really wanted to check one out - sometimes at really off/odd times. Hes experienced in construction and remodeling and was able to draw upon that knowledge to give us a good estimate of how difficult a remodel or fix would be, or how costly.Available most times, very responsive and will not leave you hanging. If something comes up, Dan will make sure you're the first to know about it. He gets excited for you! It was fun working with him to find a home - he has a good sense of humor and can temper any disappointment encountered in a search (i.e. being outbid, house isn't as nice as it looks on Zillow, etc.).
