If you need to sell a home Tammy is the ONLY one I would hire!!!We had a farm house that needed updating on the inside. While we were at the beach for a couple of months, Tammy hired all the contractors (painters, flooring, electricians, etc.), picked out the flooring, carpeting, paint colors and lights fixtures..she paid for everything and brought it to our house (we did have to pay her back of-course). We did not have to do ANYTHING, except the standard cleaning.We had interviewed several realtors. A couple realtors wanted to charge us 8% commission (because it was on farm acreage), instead of the standard 6% (Tammy charges the 6%). One guy told us that if we put hard wood floors throughout the house, we could list it for $400,000. Tammy put carpeting and floating floors and our house sold within 3 days of being on the market for $445,000!!!Keep in mind we put $10,000 into it but it needed the updates. Her tastes in everything are superior!!! I would never hire anyone else!!!!
