For selling our Mesa home, Mike and Kyle Richardson did a superb job. They were with us from well before listing our home to well after the sale. To start, before listing, they got us in touch with reliable contractors; contractors that they use for their own properties. Every contractor they recommended, for landscaping, painting, electrical, etc, did a quality job at a reasonable price. For listing, Mike and Kyle did a detailed market analysis to establish a listing price. Once listed we had our caravan and open house scheduled and then after that viewings. We always had ample notice for viewings so that we could deal with any cleanup and with handling our pets. For our offer and through the closing they provided detailed advice; answering all our questions. We opted for a quick closing (30 days) - when we had a bad experience with a big-name moving company, Mike and Kyle recommended a local mover who did a great job on short notice. Above and beyond, after our closing and a full month later when we had problems buying our new home out of state (builder couldnt finish the new house) - I contacted Mike for advice; not only did he provide it but he spoke with my new-house buying agent to help smooth things out. It all worked out. We highly recommend Mike and Kyle Richardson.

It is easy for a Seller to praise their Realtor when they have a turn-key home or when their home sells within a month of listing. My home was charming and situated in a highly desirable location; but it had challenges too. Marketing my home called for top professionals, and the Richardson team was a perfect fit. First, they helped me with referrals to get my home in the best condition and were proactive in helping me to solve problems before they became an issue during the sale.
