My mother knew Mike and Kyle Richardson for years, not only as the top Realtor on the Mesa in Santa Barbara, but also as a trusted neighbor and friend. When the time came to sell her home, she knew there was only one agent she would list with. That was Mike and his team. Mike Richardson helped me to sell a rental property that needed to be sold "AS IS" in a trust. He and I discussed the condition of this property and agreed that it needed to be cleaned up prior to any sale. Mike took full responsibility for this task and always discussed with me any additional unforeseen work that was required. Mike also discussed with me how to price the property. He lined up two all-cash buyers within two days. One of thebuyers was also represented by his firm. When that buyer tried to bargain for a lower bid during escrow, Mike helped me to refuse that bid and to explain why it was unsatisfactory. In the end, the buyer agreed to remove all contingencies and the properrty was sold for the agreed-upon amount. In sum, Mike is a skilled realtor who specializes in the Mesa area. He will work hard and closely with an out-of-town client to sell a property as he did in my situation.
