Quick Summary: We love Lindsey! Shes super knowledgeable and professional and makes things happen!The Details: We werent even looking to move when we found the perfect place! We loved our first home, but always knew wed eventually want a single story with more than a patio for a yard. Thats when we saw pictures of a home (and backyard) we just had to have! We called Lindsey immediately. Turns out the house was off of the market because the owners were travelling. Lindsey arranged for us to see it the first day they returned, I dont even think the posting had hit MLS when we saw it that morning. It was even more magical in person. We decided that we had to put an offer in immediately before other buyers had the chance. We went from being content in our condo to seeing a house, making an offer, and having that offer accepted in less than 24 hours! We hadnt been through this process before, and its very different going through offer and escrow negotiations on a house built in 1960 than when we bought our condo from a builder. Lindsey was there every step of the way - giving guidance (and lots of assurance! Sorry Linds!), navigating precarious conversations (with us and the sellers), and connecting us with all of the right people (inspectors, lenders, contractors, home warranties - the works! Linseys network and knowledge of local players is vast!). Weve been in our new home for 5 months now, and Lindsey is still just as available and responsive when we have questions.
