I can't say enough good things about Anne! First off she was extremely helpful and attentive every step of the way. We were working with some particularly difficult sellers, and she handled them so well, while still making sure our purchase didn't fall through.On top of all of that, we never even had to LIST our old house for sale. Anne was able to sell it before it even went on the market, and then coordinated the closing dates to match on the sale of our old house and the purchase of the new one with a perfect amount of overlap. Her referrals for everyone from the inspector, the lending company, the closing attorney, and even the plumbers for necessary repairs made us feel completely at ease.To this day, Anne is STILL checking in on us to make sure everything is as it should be. With all of this happening during a global pandemic, so much could (and should) have gone wrong, but it went off without a hitch. Truly next level service, and amazing attention to detail.
