Loved working with Marla. She is process driven with information and went the extra mile to help educate us on the local market comps with extensive excel worksheets that helped us determine the best offer strategy. After several homes failed our inspections, we finally found our dream home with Marla's help and are very happy. She helped us through the difficult anxious moments of inspections and negotiating with a smile and constant reassurance. What I appreciated most, is she helped keep us focused on our original goals and expectations of a home (location, size, schools, etc). It is easy to get off track and settle for something that may be outside what you really need or want. Marla's approach is "no pressure" and all business, which is what made the process so pleasant for us. Highly recommend Marla.

We were referred to Marla by a friend who recently bought a home in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Marla was nothing short of outstanding, going above and beyond the call of duty, throughout the entire buying process. We were looking to buy a home in Rhode Island and needed to look for homes within a very narrow time frame (one weekend), as we were living out-of-state at the time. She took an entire weekend on very short notice to plan a whirlwind tour of many homes and open houses in the East Greenwich/North Kingstown area. When we found the home we wanted to buy, she was extraordinarily helpful in negotiating and was incredibly patient with us as we made offers on the house, competing with another buyer. (Marla also informed us throughout the process that had the offer not been accepted, she would call other homeowners in the neighborhood and see if they would be willing to sell. She used this strategy for our friends in Lincoln to help land them a house. Amazing!) Once our offer was accepted, Marla further helped us by connecting us with an excellent inspector who was somehow able to inspect the home while we were still in the area. During the next few months while we were preparing to make the move, Marla was incredible with working with the sellers agent and coordinating appointments, money transfers, and other logistics. She also sat in the home for an entire day when house cleaners came. Not many real estate agents would go to those lengths to help their clients out. Above all, she is a kind, personable, and professional person, which made working with her an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We highly recommend Marla for anyone looking to buy a home in Rhode Island. I cannot say enough about her abilities and dedication to her clients. She is an amazing real estate agent!
