My experience with Marla as my realtor was absolutely outstanding. I bought my first house in December of 2020 when the market for buyers was downright terrifying. Marla was there every step of the way. She really identified exactly what I was looking for and listened to every word I said. The minute a new house hit the market she was ready to coordinate with the sellers and got me in to see the house every time. (This was particularly impressive because houses at that time were selling in a mater of days). She was honest with every house we looked at. She never tried to sell a house that wasnt right and I could tell she genuinely wanted to find me the perfect house, and she did. But the most wonderful part of working with her was that I could tell she absolutely loves her job. She has a passion when it comes to houses and their design and structure. Whenever we came across a nice house she would get just as excited as I was. She had all the patience in the world when it came to my search. Her honesty guided me to the perfect house I live in today. She kept a positive attitude the whole time and I was never discouraged when my offers were outbid. The market was crazy and Marla kept me positive and focused on making smart choices when it came to the biggest purchase I have ever made. I highly recommend Marla for anyone looking to buy or sell, no matter what they are looking for.
