My wife and I were incredibly impressed with Justin from the first meeting all the way to closing on the sale of our home. We met with 3 realtors when getting ready to list the home and Justin was the only one that came prepared with a full packet of information specific to our home, area and market conditions he had access to. Our first meeting was impressive because you could clearly see when he provided us with a list price recommendation that it was calculated (as best one can at this stage) and not just throwing around numbers. We experience the other agents providing guesses without having even half of the information that Justin got from us before giving us a number. Also, Justin's number was significantly higher than the others (who knows how much money we might have left on the table if we went with another agent).Justin was responsive through the entire process, passed feedback he got from agents of buyers along to us in real time even if it was a simple reason for them not being interested. The negotiation process had some hiccups from the buyers end, but my wife and I were confident we could trust Justin to handle them expertly giving us peace of mind. I would recommend Justin and his firm again to anyone considering putting their home on the market. Side note... Justin came through with several strong recommendations for painters, landscapers and handymen during the prep stage before listing. Anyone that has gone through this process will know how valuable that can be as looking for a reliable contractor can be incredibly frustrating at times.

Justin and his team are absolutely phenomenal. We reached out toJustin for help in building a new home and selling our house. Best decision we ever made! He made both processes extremely seamless... he always responded to us right away, no matter the time or day, and he negotiated to get us the best possible discounts and incentives on our new house. We could tell Justin had our best interests at heart and was always willing to go to bat for us. Selling our old house was an even better experience. What is usually a highly stressful time was completely stress-free. This was all because of the tremendous work Justin and his team put into marketing our house (professional photos, virtualtour, virtual staging, open house, social media), giving us expert advice on how to prepare our house for sale, and handling all the interactions with potential buyers, other realtors, and the title company. We ended up getting an offer one day on the market for over asking price! What really impressed me most was when the inspection came back, Justin gave us detailed explanations of each repair needed, recommendations on what to fix, and offered to personally contact all the needed vendors (handyman, HVAC, termite, roofing) to coordinate the repairs.
