Jeff was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He gave us an honest assessment of our home's readiness to sell, gave us clear advice on what to do to get it ready to sell. From there, he checked in with us regularly and helped connect us to professionals in the area who helped us finish our last few projects. He knows the area well, and priced our home competitively which led to tons of showings. Our home ended up selling well above asking price before the weekend was over! During the entire process, he was friendly, supportive and extremely knowledgeable around how to get our home in the best shape to sell. We would absolutely work with him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone in the area who is looking to sell. During this same time, we were in search of a new home and Jeff was wonderful to work with throughout the process of buying our new home. He was knowledgeable, supportive, and best of all patient as we looked through various homes to find the one that was right for us. He kept in regular contact with updates about potential homes to check out. He's well known throughout the area and has great relationships with many of the sellers agents we met with. Trying to buy a home in a seller's market can be challenging, but Jeff stuck with us and was able to find us a new home that we absolutely love on a tight timeline!
