Generally I don't write reviews, but I find Alon worth a 5 star review! If you are nervous or confused about your property, you can be at ease with Alon Darvish as your agent. He will work hard for you, even if his has multiple clients at the same time. He always finds time to meet up with you, return your calls, and replies to all emails quickly. He is very professional, personable and extremely patient with answering all our questions and concerns. His marketing strategy surpasses other agents that we had interviewed before signing with Alon. As soon as Alon became our agent, he made everything stress-free and transitions smooth. He always kept us updated and honest with the current market strategy. Most of all, we love his sincerity and his work ethics! We definitely recommend him & will love to work with him again on other property transactions. We called several brokers/agents in the Redondo Beach area with impressive credentials, albeit none called us back EXCEPT for Alon. We read his reviews and they were on spot! He responded within fifteen minutes and he was hired. He was indefatigable in his efforts to bring us an offer and he did - FIVE offers! unfortunately they didnt pan out through no fault of his. January is a slow month and due to the restrictions imposed by COVID it made it harder. Nevertheless, Alon did not give up. He tirelessly continued in his effort to bring us a solid buyer who was pre-approved. We finally got an excellent Buyer and closed escrow within 30 days! Alon worked with us from start to finish. He always kept us informed and did not miss a beat. We would recommend Alon to any seller who is in the market wanting to sell his/her property.
