I recently had to move out of a rental home because the landlords daughter wanted the place so I went to Sharon Simmons to see what was out there to rent. We met at her office and viewed homes to rent within my budget but unfortunately there were no homes available at the time in the area so we started looking at condo units. There were some condo units to rent but unfortunately we had a cat and they did not allow any types of animals so then we looked at apartments in the area and found quite a few. There were 2 that we really liked and had everything we wanted in the area within our budget. So we made appointments to view them. Sharon guided us through the process of what was going to take place and helped us with questions to ask. She also was listening to everything that was being said and when we left, she told us other questions to ask if they called back and wanted to make an appointment to see if we wanted the apartment. Well, both places called us back and we went over questions with them and they both wanted us. So Sharon sat down with us and went through the pros and cons with both places to help us make the right choice and that she did. We have been at our apartment going on 3 years and love it and our landlords. Our apartment was a lease for a year and Sharon suggested to go for 2 yrs since we had no plans of moving again and knowing we won't be because they wanted it for family or something else. So we are very happy in our apartment thanks to Sharon and she is looking out for a small home within our budget and when she comes across one, we know it will be the one for us! Thanks Sharon!
