I've always been told not to do business with family, however, with Josie as your realtor it's impossible to not do business with family because she makes you feel like family. No, we're not related, but Josie made us feel like one of her own relatives. Buying a house can be life changing. Life changing decisions can be scary. No matter what time of day or not it was, if I had questions - she had answers. A quick email and she was there for us. Josie helped us navigate, what could have been a stressful process, with ease and confidence. She made recommendations during the negotiating process but left every decision up to us ultimately. I liked knowing that she had guidance for us but never told us what we could and couldn't do. She flexed her schedule to meet ours and through it all, kept us sane. I would highly recommend Josie to anyone who is buying or selling. She has years of experience but also has a personal touch that money can't buy.
