With only 3 years of experience under his belt, Grant and his team exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier. Buying a home is a long and at times frustrating process, that requires a good amount of patience from all parties. When you are seeking a new agent, the standard qualities you'd look for would be experience, dedication/motivation, and honesty. What sets Grant apart from others would be his honesty. As impulsive as I am, we could have purchased 2 or 3 homes that I was "in love with" during our search. If Grant had not been there with us to guide us through the entire process, we may have made a huge mistake and purchased the first home we walked into and loved, regardless of the price and quality of the home. Though you never like to hear that a home you love is not "worth it," I'm glad we listened and had Grant to help us make those tough decisions. Not only is he a great real estate agent, he has experience in flipping homes and therefore has the knowledge to look at specific areas in a house and determine the age, quality, what needs to be done or what could be done to come up with additional costs that may be worth knowing before purchasing. To us, this was having the best of both worlds on our side. Lastly, my Boyfriend and I went to an open house when Grant was on vacation and decided we wanted to make an offer. Even though he was on vacation, him and his team were there to put in the offer, which eventually lead to the purchase of our first home, all within 24 hours. I couldn't have had a better experience and would recommend Grant and his team and the outstanding services they provide.
