Derek Petrone is an exceptional agent. He is always professional, knowledgeable, trust-worthy and has an amiable personality. He always greeted us with a smile, listened to any concern we had and was detail oriented through every step during the process of both buying our current home and selling our previous home. Although Revolution Real Estate is based out of Rochester, over an hour away from my location, Derek always made the drive without hesitation or pause. He guided and suggested ways in order to improve the showing of our property. We sold our property within two days of showings and accepted an offer significantly greater than our asking price. It was such a pleasure to work with Derek and made sure that we were thoroughly happy with purchasing our current home and with the terms of selling our previous home. My husband and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!

5/16/16 Grant provided us with an extremely positive and smooth experience while both selling and building our home. My wife and I were truly blown away by how responsive he was. He returned texts and phone calls within minutes every single time we contacted him. He also was sure to keep us in the loop every step of the way. At first, any issue that came up felt like a huge deal to my wife and me. However, Grant had a knack for keeping us calm and working his magic with third parties to be sure we never stressed about anything. It was only after getting to know him some that we realized just how many clients he was actually working with. Though he works with a number of people, he always made us feel like we were the only clients that he was working for. It was clear that the relationship with his clients matters to him a great deal. We cant thank him enough for the experience he provided for our family!!! 12/30/16 There is a reason Grant and his team are experiencing so much success. Ive had the pleasure of working with Grant for almost a year as we sold our house and went through the process of building our new home. My wife and I have been impressed by Grant every step of the way. From day one, it felt as though we were the only ones working with Grant, little did we know he was working with many more people. Hes extremely responsive, often times getting back to you in a matter of minutes, no matter what hour. However, what meant even more to us throughout this process was how he treated us and the way he represented us. He made us feel like family as soon as he met us. It was never about Grant, he made it about our family. No matter who we were dealing with, banks, attorneys, builders, buyers, etc. he had our familys best interest in mind and made sure people did what was best for us. I would highly recommend Grant to anyone, youd be lucky to work with him!
