After dealing with other agents and hearing their sales pitchs, I was a little discouraged. It takes very little to impress me and "hard sale" people promising me the moon rub me the wrong way. My house was an easy sale mainly because of the location. Other agents suggested crazy prices that would have made the process last considerably longer. I agreed to meet with Chris and he suggested a price that I was comforatble with. Chris had a no nonsense approach to sell my home and it worked, In addition he spoke my language and was open to my suggestions. He also did not encourage me to take the first offer which was too low for me. But I believe if you want Chris to be in full control of your sale he will gladly do that as well. I would strongly recommend Chris to represent you in any real estate transaction you may consider.
