I recently purchased a home in Cody thanks to the amazing service Erynne Selk provided as an agent. One of my close friends in town is a loan officer so I asked him for realtor suggestions. Erynne was his top recommendation. I had also heard her name around my office as a realtor with a really good reputation. She did not disappoint. Erynne was willing to meet me at lunchtimes and after work hours and even weekends (both Saturday and Sundays) to show me houses. In the beginning we sat down and talked about my list of what I wanted and I cant say she showed me a single house that didnt fit the list and was a serious contender. The house I ended up buying she was also the listing agent on. With the insane speed of the Cody real estate market for the price range I was in, she got me in to see that house as soon as I could and helped me through the offer process to get me under contract before anyone else could step in with a stronger offer. She was extremely professional and neutral in handling being both the buying and selling agent for my house. You can really tell she cares about every one of her clients and will be honest and straight with them. She also grew up in this community and you can see how much she loves it in her work. We ran into some snags in the closing process with some maintenance issues, but Erynnes reputation and connections in the community with contractors allowed us to close only 6 days after our initial closing date, which truly was remarkable. Finally as a word of advice I got before I chose Erynne from my coworker who also used her: Shes not going to say here is the bathroom, here is the closet, here is the kitchen shes going to open the house for you, answer questions, but will let you explore on your own In short, Erynne was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. She will be the agent I will recommend to any one who asks me, and will definitely be my agent whenever I might be in the real estate market again.

We can?t say enough good things about Erynne and her help with buying our house. Our initial contact to Erynne was on very short notice, yet Erynne made room in her schedule to listen to what we were looking for and provide us with insight into the local market. While showing us homes, Erynne gave us the opportunity to look around with no pressure. She was always available to answer our questions and gather information on prospective properties. When we settled on a house, she helped us set up the offer and work through the negotiating process. Once our contract was signed, she continued to provide excellent service and advice. Erynne was in our corner every step of the way. Erynne?s true professionalism showed during the later stages of our closing after the bank?s appraisal process. When relatively minor repair issues became major misconceptions with the seller and the bank, Erynne worked through these issues and got the deal closed. This was a true demonstration of Erynne?s knowledge and experience in real estate and her ability to collaborate with others. Most importantly, Erynne kept us calm, reassuring us that things will be worked out. Even after the closing, Erynne continues to share her expertise and service. She has helped us get to know the Cody area and has provided us with helpful references for the local businesses we need to set up our new home. Erynne is truly an outstanding agent who was always there for us and we are forever indebted to her for helping us find and buy our dream property.
