At 32 years old I found myself attempting to buy my 1st home. I started with a different realtor whose style I thought matched mine pretty well. However when my husband decided he wanted to sell his homes in order to buy, he enlisted the services of Pedro. I decided to have him represent us in both buying and selling to minimize confusion.A Pedro was enthusiastic to help me find the perfect home for our family of 6. He was not discouraged when we were met with obstacles along the way. He faced each one as a challenge to be overcome and walked me through step by step. He didnt want to just sell us any home, he wanted to sell us THE PERFECT home.A His knowledge extends far beyond that of most realtors as he was able to navigate issues with the loan process as well as confusing paperwork requirements. Being a first timer the process was VERY frustrating. Pedro was patient and didnt mind the need for repetition. He was gracious and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable.A Overall, Pedro Rivera is an AMAZING realtor and person.
