Moving to Arizona from Michigan This is not something I think of as being easy especially not knowing anything about the area or anyone to help. We were very happy with the recommendation we received to contact Ronette the professionalism of Ronette from our first phone conversation to the continued experience of receiving listings of homes to narrowing down the ones we were able to see. Ronette even used FaceTime and walked through many homes due to a cancellation of our flight and again in person once we finally arrived. We were very overwhelmed thinking about how to purchase a home from out of state but Ronette helped every step of the way again making sure we had the answers to our never ending questions and staying in constant contact making the process much easier. I would highly recommend Ronette as she treated us as if we were her closest friends and we are sure she makes all her clients feel the same way. We enjoyed searching and finding our new home and with confidence in your realtor it made it a lot easier!

Where do I start.Okay here it goes.We all know the stress that comes with when going on the market to list your home for main objective is to get the home sold. And Wow..It was streesful at first,so much so we had to let our Re Agent Friends go.I "Rob" had a sense that it was going to be a long drawn out process. Ive always been proactive and certainly when your home is on the market. We lived in Trilogy At Vistancia where our home was listed. I knew more with the activity in Trilogy than our Friend RE Agent.It was like,List it and Forget it.So I had to act fast.There is nothing worse than have to call your Friend who was our Agent to get out of our contract.It wasnt easy but they came to realization.So after the contract was cancelled. I made some calls of other agents who were performing well in Trilogy.One was just a 5 Min Call,This agent who was performing well in Trilogy only had 5 Min for me. Then the Magic happen. My Second Call. I'll Call This.. "The Call"I called and left a Msg to The Patel Group and very shortly I got a call back from Chris..So I go from a 5 Min Call to a 45 Min Call with Chris and that certainly went a long of listing with Chris of The Patel GroupIn the short period of time,I must say the Group at The Patlel Group,Jay and Becky Patel,Stephanie and best of all goes to our Agent Chris And Ronette.Now The "The Strees" With that, from the First call with Chris and to the very end,it dint feel that way at all. (The Stress) My Wife Dee and I,Rob we had this over whelming sense of well being.. It was almost like when we were in communication with Chris And Ronette,it felt like we were just shooting the breeze,even though behind the scenes everybody at The Patel Group were hard at work,.We got an offer 7 days after listing and closed right on time a month later of Oct 4/21 With that,this was Thee, the most incredible journey experience we ever had and never thought a RE Transaction could become this stress free. A Beloved Around The World Famous Basketball Player who is know longer with us. Once Said.. "Q" Its Not About Winning a Championship,It The journey,The Fun getting there to reach your ultimate Goal of winning a Championship.So Thank You guys from the bottom of our heart. This is the most incredible journey of any journey to reach that ultimate in anyone one life to what ever that may be. and for us,This is just one of them..The Best One..From the journey to That Magic Word "SOLD" With That, We are all Champions..The Folks at Patel Group, and our Agent/Great Pepole,Chris And Ronette are the most Dedicated,Attention to Detail joyful,fun loving people we have ever meet.
