Jonathan is hands-down the BEST realtor I could have ever asked for when selling my house! I had worked with others before and there is really no comparison. He knows the area he works in like the back of his hand and had a really good sense of who the potential buyers might be and how to appeal to them. Whereas other realtors would have felt daunted by the complications that came up with this particular sale, Jonathan only became more motivated, dedicated and rigorous in his approach until we got the result we were looking for. He was always solidly on my side as the seller and had an personable yet effective style when communicating with potential buyers as well as with the final buyer and his attorneys. His professionalism aside, Jonathan is a genuinely kind, hardworking and honest person and he is very easy to get along with.
