Pete came to look at my house to give me an idea of what I should list it for in the current market. He gave me some helpful (and money saving) recommendations, and we agreed to enter into a contract together. Before the paperwork was even signed, he had an interested couple with whom he had been working already, brought them to see the place, and within 24 hours I had signed a contract with Pete, then immediately signed an offer letter for exactly what I was hoping to get. Pete was fair, representing both buyer and seller, and I never felt neglected or taken advantage of. He was transparent in telling me when he could not do something or if his recommendation might be informed on his representation of the other party, and I thought the whole transaction was done professionally and with integrity. I would certainly recommend Pete to anyone in the Laramie area and would use him again.
