I simply cannot say enough great things about Megan. She's so friendly and caring, and worked tirelessly for us to secure a home in the exact neighborhood we wanted. Had it not been for her extreme diligence, getting us to a house that had been on the market for mere hours, we would have missed out on our ideal home. Furthermore, her guidance in how to structure our offer meant that we beat out two other offers - apparently both very close to ours. Her knowledge of how to shop in a competitive market is spot-on. We could not have done this without her. Furthermore, the agency she works for is fantastic overall (I had the pleasure of meeting the owner during the inspection of my house), and the lender that Megan referred us to was also far and away the best experience I've ever had with securing a home loan. Really, the overall experience was as close to perfect as a home purchase can get.

We recently moved from NH to Washington state. About 1 1/2 years ago we started looking at homes on line in Washington through Zillow just to see what was on the market. Seeing a home we were interested in we wrote an email to Zillow and within 10 minutes Jaren Jokela, of the Jokela Team, was the first realtor to call us to see what we were looking for. For several months Jaren was keeping us up to date as to what was for sale. We visited Washington in September of 2016 and met with Jaren for the first time. We searched for homes during that visit and in January 2017 we made the move to Washington. After looking at several homes we found the perfect home and in April moved into our new home. Jaren knew what we wanted, our price range and went above and beyond what he needed to do to help us out during the purchase of our home. We would recommend him to anyone selling or buying a home. We met Megan at an open house when we were looking to buy a home. She chatted with us about our needs, but realized we already had an agent of our own. Just knowing that, she continued to direct us to other homes she was familiar with on the market, even though it we were not her clients. She has a great memory and really focuses on your needs in a home. I felt from that first day I met her, that she would be a great agent to have on your side. We ran into her one more time & she not only remembered our names, but she told us about a home that was going to go on the market that coming weekend. We knew nothing of this new development and after going out there on her advice, we bought that home. We felt that was above and beyond for her to tell us as she got nothing from us buying out there. I would highly recommend Megan for an agent as she would always be representing you at the highest level and that is what you want when you are house hunting.
