My boyfriend and I were moving to a new area, and had little knowledge of the home buying process! I found Tim through Zillow and we had the greatest experience with him! Things I thought were unique about Tim, is he is honest about the properties we were looking at. He wasnt just trying to make a sale, he wanted us to have a reality picture of buying a home and wanted us to be happy in the long run and really know what we were getting ourselves into with each home we looked at. We had great respect for this honesty and it helped us make a selection on a solid home! Not only did Tim walk us through every step of the process, he answered all our late night questions and concerns and he gave us FANTASTIC recommendations for other honest people to work with such as, appliances and the home inspection! He really went to bat for us in the closing negotiations as well. If you want a hardworking, honest, and sincere realtor Tim is your guy!
