It was a pleasure to work with Tim and Miranda in my home search. They were extremely responsive and thorough through the whole process!From the moment I started looking at homes, Tim and Miranda not only talked to me about my options and what I was looking for, but they listened to understand EXACTLY what I had in mind! They knew I was moving back to my home town (with my 7 year old son), so we could be with family, therefore they knew I wasn't looking for something temporary, I was looking for a house to make our home. Not only did they help me in finding a home, but they were the agent's for the buyer's of my previous property. They went above and beyond in answering questions and providing information on both sides. Their goal was getting me back home, to our family. I can't tell you how amazing that was!Our search wasn't quick, it was a process and it took some time. But, Tim and Miranda knew from the moment of each house we looked at what was right and what wasn't. They pointed out everything that might be an issue or concern, and were thorough in explaining everything to me. They helped me understand every single thing during this process. They knew before I did that this was the home for us! This was exactly what we were waiting for. I now consider them great friends to my son and I, that I would highly recommend to everyone buying or selling a home. Thank you so much for everything during this process and decision making. I couldn't imagine working with any other agents! I also can't wait for them to come celebrate with us, our family, and our friends during our house warming! You guys are the best!
