You couldn't ask for more in a realtor than Al Block. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and personable. As a first time home buyer I was unfamiliar with the process. Al met with me, went over everything I could expect, what my budget was, where I was interested in looking, and what I could reasonably expect in that area. The area I wanted to buy in was one where homes sell very quickly and he accommodated requests to see homes often on the same day they went up for sale. When I visited homes he used his nearly 3 decades of experience to point out things I should be looking at as a potential buyer when viewing a home. When the time came to make an offer Al was invaluable in his recommendations on what the home was reasonably worth and made my offer as competitive as possible. He really went to bat for me and I ended up with a beautiful home that appraised in the range of my offer. I will absolutely use Al again in the future and would recommend him to anyone that's looking for a terrific realtor!
