I loved working with Mal and Joel. I couldnt be more thankful to have Mallory as my agent for buying my first home. I was brand new to the process and Mallory always made sure to walk me through everything and was so patient with all of my questions. She made searching for a home so fun! One of my favorite parts about working with Mallory was how easy it was to get ahold of her and how responsive she was. Every time I needed her I was able to get ahold of her and talk through any questions I had. There was never any guessing when working with her. She scheduled all the tours for me, figured out access to the homes, worked with the listing agent, worked with my lender, and even went through the entire inspection report and scheduled responses. I didnt have to worry about handling all of the paperwork because she did it for me. She gave me so much confidence and so much peace of mind throughout the whole process. I am so thankful for all of her hard work and professionalism. Mallory even came down to the title company when I was signing my closing documents. She didnt have to do that, she chose to. She always puts in the extra effort and puts her clients first! I cant say enough great things about working with Mallory and I highly recommend her to anyone searching for their new home!

Mal & Joel helped us purchase our new home this year and it was an easy and seamless process. Text is the easiest form of communication for me and it was SO nice having them be so quick and responsive to texts! From the initial point of contact and throughout it all they were so gracious to answer all of my questions.... and if they didn't know the answer they would figure it out for us!As a busy family with young kids I have a lot on my mind! I was a little worried that I would forget a deadline or forget to do something but actually the Huibregtses sent out emails with so many details it felt like we had someone in our corner the whole time. They really did make the process feel so easy. They were very knowledgeable about the most updated forms, real estate laws, etc. Great experience and would highly recommend!
