My husband and I had fun with our buyers agent, Lili Patch, as we searched for, found, and negotiated the price of our first home together.After several years of renting apartments, we were ready to settle in town and invest in our future -- all we needed was a house to buy. One morning while drinking coffee, we browsed the Internet for houses for sale that were in our price range.
