We found Kris and Amy from Zillow. They had many positive reviews so I gave them a call. From the time I sent the email to contact me, Amy had called me within 5 minutes! I was so taken back, and impressed -as I had called other agents and it was taking anywhere from 3 to 7 days for anyone to call us back. They always got back to us, it may have been Kris or Amy and they were interchangeable. They had excellent communication with us as well as each other so much of the process was seamless and headache free. We looked for over a year in Holmdel and being we lived so far away (75 minutes) they never wasted our time. We easily saw over 100 homes over the course of the year. They always had multiple listings to show us, they listened to what our concerns and desires were, they also took us to properties we wanted to see- even if it wasn't on their "recommended" list. They never pushed us to make an offer and they even pointed flaws out in a honest and considerate manner. Our overall experience; they were responsive, honest, gracious, professional, easy to be around and a complete pleasure to be with each time! Looking for a home can be quite tedious and they were patient and professional at every turn. I don't write many reviews, but the time, effort, advice and honesty they brought to the process deserves an appropriate review. Thanks again Amy & Kris!
