I'm not certain if I can do justice to Denise. In July 2013 I flew down to Sun City from my home in Vallejo , located in the San Francisco Bay Area, to help my sister, Marieta. She was selling her house after moving into a retirement center. We had listed her house with another agent that had been recommended to us, however, after about a month of nothing happening I decided we had to make a change. A very dear late friend, who had been a successful realtor for many years, told me how pleased she was that her local realty office had changed to become Century 21. Reflecting on her experience, we decided to look up the Century 21 realtors in Sun City . I started to explain our situation, and the receptionist stopped me and said "you need to talk to Denise." She called for Denise and we were impressed immediately with her easy professional manner. Denise took all our frustration and went to work to change our negative experience to create a positive vision of what in a very short time became reality. Whatever questions came up Denise had the answer. She knew the people to ask if we needed a job done. "A painter, I know one, I'll get an estimate." Flooring, or a repairman, electrician or plumber, the estimates were in, accepted and the job was completed. Now remember, I said I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, consequently, Denise was not only doing everything that needed to be done, but she was communicating with me on the phone or Email. Though my sister lives in Sun City , she's not up to attending to things the way she'd like to do. However, she was able to sign the papers that required her signature or write a check when needed, but it was Denise that went out of her way to take the papers to Marieta or even drive her to the house so she could check on the work that had been done. In addition, Denise even took Marieta to lunch a few times. I couldn't be more pleased that we met Denise Munoz, and I highly recommend her, she'll get the job done in a truly professional manner. You'll be pleased too.
