In our effort to acquire investment property, we have been working with Larry for a few months. We are fairly demanding in the number of properties we ask to look at as well as the number of market analysis we ask him to prepare. He is always receptive to whatever we ask of him and incredibly proactive in giving us everything we need. While many of the tours and offers don't materialize into a purchase, it hasn't deterred Larry from continuing to eagerly deliver really terrific customer service and interest in helping us grow our business. Additionally, we currently have a property listed for sale with Larry and he is showing the same dedication and determination to selling the property as he has shown in our other dealings. Larry is extremely dedicated and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Larry Gardner was the best realtor my wife & I have dealt with, by far.His professionalism, willingness, knowledge and expertise in real estate transactions - and his sense of humor - are his biggest assets.Whenever emailing or texting Larry, we could expect a rapid response, and we spoke frequently during the home purchase process.Even though as buyers we had several requests which did not meet standard realtor protocols, Larry Gardner went above and beyond in working with the seller's listing agent to get these items accomplished.From his advice concerning home inspections, to overseeing a radon mitigation system being changed from a passive system to one that reversed the pressure, and significantly reduced the radon levels in our home - Larry Gardner proved quite valuable, and he was a huge asset.
