When I first listed my home, I had many reservations. This was mostly because I had never sold a home before...not to mention buy a new one at the same time! Lisa gave me the contact info of an agent in NH where I wanted to move (as she was only licensed in MA). I found the home I wanted to purchase quickly so we began moving just as quickly on the sale of my home. Lisa came into my home and gave me her best advice as far as what improvments I may have needed to make in order to sell as well as staging ideas to make my house look more appealing. Never at any point did she insist I do anything, just merely made suggestions. I am pleased to say my house sold in 5 days! We had 4 showings and 2 offers! Lisa's customer service did not end there. I will say that I have sent many emails with "oh my God my house just sold, now what!!?!?!?!" questions and she has answered every single one with an email or a phone call back. Lisa has a way of bringing me back to earth and focusing on my wonderful new home in NH.
