Briddick was instrumental in selling our house in Ferndale when it seemed we were not going to be to because of a developer coming into our cul de sac and slapping up $100,000-$300,000 homes. Our was the jewel of the neighborhood, with 280 degree view of Mt. Baker, Twin Sisters (sometimes Mt. Rainier) and the Sound with aggarian land below us. Our home was custom built and originally appraised at $700,000 6 yrs ago. But the economy brought the price down, but the developer was the one killing us. From our first meeting with Briddick and Brandon Nelson who worked as a team, we knew we were in good hands. Briddick was the first to ask about the floor plans for the house, he had done his homework before we met with them and facilitated our first two open houses. We were given instant feedback, even when we were in San Francisco--he called us as soon as the last prospective buyer left to give us the outcome. We put the house up for sale on April 20th...we were losing hope as the summer went on, even though there were many interested buyers. We finally put the house at the lowest price we would take and if we couldn't get it, we were going to take the house off the market. A last minute client whose husband was being transferred to Ferndale for his job, looked at the home and within days it seemed the house sold. If not for Briddick and Brandon, we probably would not have sold, but the two of them advised us on the viability of getting out or staying, which might even drive the price lower as more low quality houses would be built the following spring. Briddick was the one to say, "I think you should take this. We'll make our realty expenses lower so you can seal the deal." And that's just what they did. They brought their fees down to what they absolutely had to have to cover their expenses, and worked with the buyers' realtor to try to do the same. With that personal financial sacrifice and his dedication, enthusiasm and encouraging attitude, we were able to move to Fairhaven and now own our dream home. Thanks, Briddick. You are a GREAT agent!
