Best. Ever. There aren't enough good things to say about Jeff Strand. He defines professionalism. In the home-buying process, he always made us feel like the most important people in the world. Entering the home buying process, we were quite casual- maybe in 2-3 months, we'd be in the market to buy a house. Jeff could have easily cast us off for some lower hanging fruit, but our sauntering pace was of no consequence. He used the time to learn about us- not only what we wanted in a house, but also got to know our family. Our two-year old "Anna banana" always greets and says goodbye to him with a hug... I like to think my daughter is a good judge of character. It's just the guy he is. He is realistic in setting expectations and timelines and gives knowledgeable advice when asked. He's always punctual, takes less than 1 minute to respond to any text/call/email and makes the home buying process clean and streamlined. You can't go wrong with him on your side. Consider yourself lucky if you have the opportunity to work with him.
