We recently moved to Houston and wanted to find an agent who knew the city like the back of his hand. One of our friends recommended we reach out to Chris. Upon meeting him we immediately clicked and felt comfortable trusting him in the home buying process. Him and his assistant Dawn Kemp bent over backwards to show us houses when it was convenient for us. We looked at several different neighborhoods and received very honest and candid opinions from Chris, which I value. He has a construction background so he brings more to the table than the average realtor when it comes to remodeling, build quality, etc. Chris found the perfect house for us and I couldnt be happier with the entire process. I highly recommend Chris and I believe you would be hard pressed to find an agent who brings more to the table. His assistant Dawn is one of a kind too!
