Being a real estate over the last 10 years I've bought and sold many properties.. this last go around I had 4 properties that I was looking to buy (3 for my parents retirement investment) and the other was for myself.. we started with looking at commercial and then switched to residential (due to a request by my father).. I've worked with mAny realtors over the years.. and Christina is definitely the best I've worked with for many reasons.. she never stops working for you,.. literally.. I've told her many times to not work so much but it's in her nature.. she's constantly looking / researching for properties.. usually realtors don't see what potentially is a good rehab buy, but she definitely did.. (I didn't even have to search on my own, which is usually what I do), secondly she sincerely looks out for you.. when it comes to contracts for closing she actually looks things over and finds any things/errors that could be costly to you.. and the most important quality is she knows how to win the deal!.. we literally were 4 for 4 in winning every offer we put in.. which is amazing in this market of having multiple offers for every bid you put in.. she knows what price to go in at, and she knows how to talk to the listing agent..she also knows how to package the deal to make it appealing to the seller. These are all little things that win you deals and not all seasoned veterans know how to do very well. Whether you're a first time home buyer or an investor I would strongly recommend Christina..especially in this competitive market.. I know I'll use her every time I'm looking to buy or list..
