Lisa Bradley was our agent on both sides of our move from Holden to Westminster MA (July-Sept 2015). We'd met her at an Open House in May and felt she was a great fit for us as our listing agent. She helped us prepare for showing by providing a professional style/presentation consultant and photographer, and for making the transition to thinking as sellers. She was very involved in Open Houses, giving feedback, and did great with "difficult conversations" (' I'm thinking the price needs to be adjusted downward' ... and recommending we not accept an offer that seemed unlikely to reach closing ). Lisa was great in working around our schedules (and our dogs) for the showings, and was upbeat and encouraging throughout the process. I would recommend Lisa most highly for anyone selling (or buying) in Central Massachusetts!
