My wife and I were interested in seeing properties in the Ponte Vedra/PVB area and Jake immediately reached out to us to get a better understanding of our needs. After our initial discussion, Jake set us up on the Coldwell Banker website with a search tailored to our specific search parameters. This was quite helpful since we are not from FL and helped us narrow the list of properties that we were interested in seeing. Upon arrival in FL, Jake met up with us and took us around the area showing properties that we flagged for followup even though he had a thought as to which we might like and those that probably weren't good candidates. We found Jake to be very knowledgeable about the area, flexible to our timing needs and very pleasant to work with. At bottom, we had a great experience with Jake and would recommend his services to anyone interested in his local real estate expertise!
