We were referred to work with pete from a famiy friend and we were blown away by the professional service we recieved. We were looking at a move of over 50 miles from our current location so we were limited in times that we could make it to look at properties. Pete was ready and willing to set up showings and respond to any questions very quickly. Pete is very patient and will not interject his oppinion as everyone has different tastes, but will discuss when asked. He is very knowlegable about the area and will give you insight, he truly is interested in you finding your perfect home rather than just a commission. The properties that Pete found for us were very accurate to what we were looking for. The only time we looked at places and were immediately turned off is when the owners/residents had poorly cleaned the home or it had a smell. These are not things you can see online. I would definately recommend Pete and his Wife for all you real estate needs. There is a lot of work done behind the scenes, not once were we surprised with being unprepared.
