I have worked with Jill over 10 years in both purchasing and selling homes. She is the only one I absolutely trust and recommend to anyone. She is professional, courteous, communicative, responsive, transparent, and all around awesome. Roughly 4 years ago I needed to sell a home that was remapped into a flood zone by FEMA (7 years after I purchased the home). Jill did some research and made some phone calls with her many contacts. Long story short, I was able to get a private surveyor to assess the home and deem it to not actually be in the flood zone, thus petitioning FEMA for a Letter of Map Amendment, which they accommodated. Had Jill not gone above and beyond I don't know that I would've been able to sell the home as quickly as I did. When I was relocated back to Huntsville this year, there was no one else I could think of to help me find and purchase a new home. Her knowledge of the area is unsurpassed and I could not imagine going through the home buying process with anyone else. I was 6 hours away and knew everything would be handled. I am honored to have worked with Jill.
