I moved from Fargo, North Dakota to the Research Triangle Park Area in North Carolina in April, 2018. I was planning to purchase a home in the RTP area. I asked the realtor in Fargo who sold my house to help me find a realtor here for me. That's how I got to know Merry Ann. When I first met with Merry Ann, she provided me with a lot of home buying information in the RTP area. The home I purchased is a brand new, and the task of making so many choices on selecting colors and materials was rather daunting. Thanks to Merry Ann's patience and knowledge that greatly relieved the major headaches from me. During the construction of the house, the builder provided a couple of walk though opportunities. Merry Ann was there to help pointing out some issues to ensure the house is of high quality. Before closing, Merry Ann also reminded me of things that I should be aware of in order to make the closing process problem free. Buying a home is a tedious process, particularly a home that I plan to stay for a long while. I'm really glad that Merry Ann was there guiding me through the maze of this process. I would highly recommend her to anyone who's interested in buying a home in this area.
